How to judge value
Advanced access starts September 30, five days before the October 5 launch. That head start has value only if you can play during it. Cosmetics are subjective; do not count them as savings unless you would independently buy them.
Before buying
Confirm your region, platform, linked account, refund rules, local price, and which character or account receives bound items. Avoid duplicate purchases across Steam and PURPLE.
A five-minute purchase check
Open the store yourself
Use the official AION 2 site, Steam client, or PURPLE client. Do not buy through a link sent in chat.
Read the final order screen
Confirm the correct region, edition, currency, account, and platform before payment.
Save proof immediately
Keep the receipt, order number, account email, and a screenshot of the included items.
Stop after one successful order
If the entitlement is delayed, check order history and official service status before paying again.
If access or pack items are missing
Confirm the completed order
Check that payment succeeded and that the order was not cancelled, refunded, or left pending.
Confirm the active account
Match the platform account and linked game account to the receipt.
Check the delivery rule
Verify whether access is immediate and whether items appear in account storage, in-game mail, or only after character creation.
Escalate with one record
Contact the store for payment problems or official game support for entitlement delivery, using the same order number.
