Where do I claim each reward?
Use the account that owns the purchase or campaign reward. Confirm the region and intended receiving character before accepting bound items. The exact Founder's Pack claim-menu location is not yet independently verified for the Global client.
Claimed a reward but it is missing?
- Identify the reward type above; a Twitch claim, coupon confirmation and product purchase are different events.
- Match the purchase or campaign account to your game login. Check region and server before concluding the character is missing.
- Review the official delivery window and the location stated for that reward. Do not assume all rewards arrive in mail.
- Keep the product or reward name, transaction or claim reference and time. Submit these privately to official support; never share passwords or security codes.
- Do not repeat a purchase, unlink accounts or delete a character just to test delivery.
How to claim a Founder's Pack or purchased product
Looking for “claim product”? First identify the exact product and the account used to buy it. A purchased Founder's Pack, free launch mail, Twitch Drops and a coupon have different delivery rules. This page does not yet verify a universal Global “Claim Product” button or menu path.
- Check the order or receipt: confirm the product, purchase platform and account. Keep the transaction reference private.
- Confirm that you launched the game using the owning account, then check the intended region and character. Account linking remains a separate issue.
- Read the product's official delivery instructions. Check the delivery locations named there, including in-game mail where specified; do not assume every item is delivered to inventory or through the same menu.
- If Early Access or a purchase is not recognized, NC announced a client fix: restart to apply it when safe. This does not establish that account linking is fixed.
- If items remain missing, contact official support with the product, platform, transaction time and region. Do not buy again merely to test delivery.

October 1 maintenance compensation
NC confirms that maintenance has ended and all servers are back online. Compensation is scheduled to arrive through in-game mail later on October 1. The notice does not specify the items, eligibility rules or exact delivery time. Do not assume the TAKEFLIGHTAION2 coupon is the maintenance compensation: it is a separately announced gift.
Check your in-game mail and the official maintenance-completion notice. If expected mail is missing, retain your region, server and character details for official support; never share login credentials.
New appreciation gift: check your in-game inbox
NC announced Battle Enhancement Scroll (Engraved) ×5 as an appreciation gift. Check your inbox before Early Access ends. The notice does not give an exact cutoff timestamp, region restrictions or per-account claim rules; confirm the receiving character and the expiry shown in your mail.
This is a separately titled appreciation announcement. NC has not explicitly identified it as the previously announced maintenance compensation, and it is not the TAKEFLIGHTAION2 coupon. Do not merge these rewards or assume compensation delivery is complete.

- Appreciation mail gift: Battle Enhancement Scroll (Engraved) ×5. Check your inbox before Early Access ends; exact cutoff time is not stated.
- TAKEFLIGHTAION2 coupon: available after October 1 maintenance, once per account. Ends October 14 at 06:00 UTC ( in your local time).
- Advanced Access Twitch Drops: September 30–October 4. Watch participating streams and claim in Twitch inventory. The notice does not give an exact cutoff hour.
- Launch Twitch Drops: October 5–16, a separate reward set. Not the same campaign as Advanced Access.

Use the Steam or PURPLE identity associated with the registration, purchase, or existing NC account.
Confirm the region and server
The free mounts are granted once per region. Make sure you are claiming in the region you intend to play.
Choose the intended character
Read the mail and item binding text before accepting or opening anything that may become character-bound.

Verify eligibility
Check the account-creation date, region, pack purchase, and the newest official delivery notice.
Refresh official services once
Restart the game and Steam or PURPLE. Do not install third-party claim tools or replacement files.
Save evidence for support
Keep the order receipt, account identifier, region, server, character, timestamp, and redacted screenshots.

Valid on all servers, once per account. Items are bound and cannot be traded. The coupon ends October 14 at 06:00 UTC (October 13 at 23:00 PDT / October 14 at 08:00 CEST / 14:00 China time). Its start depends on maintenance completion.
Official community launch events
The overview covers North America, Latin America and Europe. Submit through official event channels and include region, server and character name.
- Daeva Makeover: September 30–October 19. Submit a front-facing headshot and full-body Closet screenshot.
- Guides for Glory: October 5–November 2. Original Global guides, including fansite guides, are eligible when specifically linked; guides created before September 30 are excluded. Up to ten winners receive 4,000 Quna and official recognition.
- Transcendence leaderboard: through November 2; Early Access starts September 30, other launch servers October 5. Rankings are per server and class for Deus Research Base and Shattered Arkanis.
- Beauty of Atreia: October 5–November 9. Follow the official weekly screenshot themes and submission rules.

AION 2 Twitch Drops: dates, watch time and rewards
NC announced two Global campaigns on September 30: Advanced Access rewards from September 30 to October 4, and Global Launch rewards from October 5 to October 16. Watch participating AION 2 streams and check your Twitch Drops inventory. These campaigns are separate from the free launch mounts and Founder's Pack items.

Claim checklist and missing rewards
- Sign in to Twitch and open the active AION 2 campaign. Confirm its window and participating channel.
- Watch and check inventory progress. Use Claim when a reward becomes available.
- Follow the campaign's official game-account connection instructions and confirm the receiving account.
- If delivery is missing, retain the reward name, campaign and claim time for support. The announcement does not guarantee delivery time or specify an exact ending hour.
