Do you need pre-registration for the two free mounts?
Create the AION 2 account by December 2, 2026 at 15:30 JST to qualify for the launch-celebration mounts. The gift is granted once per region through in-game mail and must be claimed by December 9 at 15:30 JST.

Open the official global page and check whether a current registration campaign is offered. Confirm the NC domain before entering information.
Record the account
If a campaign is offered, use the registration method it specifies and save which identity you used. Do not assume wishlisting alone replaces registration.

NC says the two launch-celebration mounts are sent automatically to in-game mail. Confirm the correct region and character before accepting mail, and claim them no later than December 9, 2026 at 15:30 JST.

Verify the same account
Confirm that the game login matches the email or NC account used for registration.
Check every delivery location
Look in account mail, character mail, event storage, and any claim page named by the official notice.
Wait for the stated delivery window
Launch rewards may be distributed in waves; use the official notice rather than community estimates.
Contact official support once
Send the registration proof, account identifier, region, server, character, and a screenshot—never your password or verification code.

How do I pre-register for AION 2?
Check the current campaign on the official global site and follow its stated registration method. Current pre-registration availability is not confirmed by the launch-gift page checked October 2. The two free launch mounts require an account created by the eligibility deadline, rather than a stated pre-registration requirement.
Does wishlisting on Steam count as pre-registration?
Do not assume a Steam wishlist satisfies a separate campaign. Follow that campaign's current terms. For the two free launch mounts, the published eligibility requirement is to create an AION 2 account by December 2 at 15:30 JST.
Are the rewards different on Steam and PURPLE?
No dependable global platform-specific reward difference has been published. Check the final official reward notice before choosing a launcher for this reason.
Are regional reward lists valid for the global launch?
Not automatically. Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and the global service can use different campaigns, eligibility rules, and delivery methods.
Do I need a Founder's Pack?
No. Founder's Packs are paid products with advance access and listed pack benefits; they are separate from free pre-registration.
Avoid launch scams
Never enter your password or verification code on an unofficial giveaway page. Ignore “reward activation” downloads and anyone asking you to disable account protection.
