Attempts
Rate after failures = base rate + correction × failures
A zero correction keeps the familiar independent-attempt model. Official presets apply the disclosed per-failure correction and cap success at 100%.
Estimate the long-run cost of reaching a target enhancement level and compare protection against absorbing the failure penalty.
Choose the exact equipment profile, then calculate without filling a table.
Regional reference: verify the displayed values in the Global client before spending. The source includes base success rate, failure correction, Kinah, materials, and failure penalty by equipment profile.
Use one set of values across the selected range. Open advanced mode only when stages have different rates or costs.

Same equipment and target, three ways to handle failure. Change your inputs above to compare costs and budget risk.
Enter valid stage inputs to compare strategies.
The percentage of simulated runs that reached the target within your entered cost budget. It is an estimate under these assumptions, not a guarantee or a change to the game's success rate. Materials are separate from currency costs. Missing attempt or recovery costs are treated as zero by this model: fill them before using the estimate to spend. Protection assumes that it removes the entered failure recovery penalty without changing success rates.
Send a clear live-client screenshot with region, equipment type, grade, item level, enhancement stage, success rate, Kinah cost, materials, and failure behavior. Submitted values are reviewed before they become defaults.
Global data status: awaiting verified live-client submissions.
Expected cost is a long-run average, not the price of a single upgrade session. Typical budget (50%) is the median simulated cost. Safer budget (90%) covers about nine out of ten simulated runs under the entered assumptions; some runs still cost more.
Check the selected data region and status, success rate, failure correction, and recovery costs. Use the same currency unit for all cost fields. Materials are listed separately; include their purchase cost yourself if needed. A blank protection cost means protection cannot be compared. Set a personal spending limit before starting.
Illustrative examples demonstrate the tool. Edited inputs are your assumptions. Neither is verified Global game data. The simulation uses 6,000 runs and limits failures per stage; unusually low success rates can make tail estimates less reliable.
Rate after failures = base rate + correction × failures
A zero correction keeps the familiar independent-attempt model. Official presets apply the disclosed per-failure correction and cap success at 100%.
attempt cost ÷ rate + recovery × failures
Failure recovery can represent downgrade repair, replacement materials, or any other expected loss.
(attempt cost + protection) ÷ rate
Protection is assumed to remove the entered failure recovery cost. Set it blank if protection is unavailable.
